4.  Amplify & seal
Hold Clear Quartz or Citrine in your dominant hand.
Touch it to your solar plexus, heart, and third eye to anchor the energy.
Whisper: My light is ignited. I rise in truth. And so it is.
Let the candle burn safely for a few minutes (or extinguish with gratitude). Carry the stone with you today as a reminder of your ignited presence.
