3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We accept payments through secure methods available on the Website. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and customs duties (particularly for international orders).

EU Customers: Prices displayed at checkout will include any applicable VAT where required by EU law. The total price you see at checkout is the final amount you will be charged — no additional duties or taxes will be added upon delivery for EU orders where VAT has been collected.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Rates:

  • United States: Carrier-calculated rates displayed at checkout
  • Western EU: $25.00 flat rate
  • Southern EU: $28.00 flat rate
  • Nordic/Baltic EU: $30.00 flat rate
  • Eastern EU: $28.00 flat rate

Processing Times: Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Domestic shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days after processing
  • International shipping: 10-28 business days to 28+ countries
  • EU shipping: 7-18 business days depending on region after processing
  • Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
  • Delivery estimates: Not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs

EU Customers: Under EU consumer law, we aim to deliver within the timeframe stated at checkout. If delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, you have the right to contact us to arrange a new delivery date or cancel your order for a full refund.

We ship to 28+ countries worldwide. All prices are in USD. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the personal, energetic, and often handcrafted nature of our spiritual products (such as crystals, incense, smudging tools, herbal infusions, and similar items), we have a limited return policy.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, notify us at support@accessascend.com within 14 days of delivery. EU refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened hygiene/personal care products, opened consumables (teas, incense, oils), or personalized items.

Eligible Returns:

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Certain items (such as opened herbal products, used incense, or personalized items) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons

Refund Policy:

  • No cash refunds will be issued to the original payment method, except in cases required by law (including EU consumer protection laws)
  • Approved returns will receive store credit for future purchases
  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any Access Ascend product
  • P.U.R.E. Rewards™ Ambassadors: Store credit from returns can be accumulated toward the $5,000 minimum required for cash payout eligibility (subject to Ambassador Program terms)
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@accessascend.com or call 567.677.7968 within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item (if damaged), and reason for return. Please note: our AI chat assistant cannot process, approve, or initiate returns.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

6. Ascend Together Rewards™ Ambassador Program

By participating in our Ascend Together Rewards™ ambassador program, you agree to the following terms:

Program Structure: Our ambassador program operates on a P.U.R.E. Rewards™ framework with four pillars:

  • P = PAID: Elite performance bonuses ($500 for every $10,000 month in network sales)
  • U = UNLOCK: Milestone bonuses (up to $3,750 as your network grows)
  • R = REACH: Cash payout eligibility (minimum $5,000 accumulated store credit)
  • E = EARN: Lifetime rewards (2% on all referral purchases)

Earning Rewards: Ambassadors earn 2% lifetime rewards on all purchases made by customers they refer through:

  • Website referral links: Tracked via cookies with a 500-day duration
  • Mobile app discount codes: Unique codes providing 5% off one product (not entire order)

Rewards are tracked as long as the referral connection remains active. If a customer's connection to your referral link or code is broken or removed, you will no longer earn rewards on that customer's future purchases.

Rewards Redemption:

  • Rewards are issued as store credit to your ambassador account
  • Store credit can be used for purchases on accessascend.com or the Ascend Together mobile app
  • When you accumulate $5,000 or more in store credit, you may request a cash payout
  • Cash payouts are converted at a 1:1 rate (100% value, no penalties or fees)
  • Unlimited cash payouts per year (balance resets to $0 after each payout)
  • Cash payments processed via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check within 7 business days

Tax Compliance:

  • You must submit a completed W-9 form before receiving your first cash payout
  • If your total cash payouts in a calendar year equal or exceed $600, we will issue a 1099-NEC tax form
  • You are responsible for reporting all rewards earnings to tax authorities in your jurisdiction
  • Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in suspension of cash payout eligibility

Program Management:

  • The ambassador program is managed through BixGrow, a third-party platform
  • By joining the program, you consent to sharing necessary data with BixGrow for tracking and rewards calculation
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the ambassador program at any time with 30 days' notice
  • Fraudulent activity, policy violations, or abuse of the program may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of rewards

Ambassador Conduct:

  • You must accurately represent Access Ascend products and brand values
  • You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products
  • You must comply with FTC guidelines for affiliate/ambassador disclosures
  • You may not use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices
  • You may not bid on our brand name or trademarked terms in paid search advertising

7. AI Chat Assistant — Disclosure & Limitations

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Website, products, or participation in Ascend Together Rewards™ shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question or the value of rewards forfeited, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Access Ascend, its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of products, violation of Ascend Together Rewards™ Terms & Conditions, failure to comply with tax reporting obligations related to cash payouts, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@accessascend.com or call 567.677.7968 to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Fort Worth, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
