Shipping Rates

  • United States: Carrier-calculated rates displayed at checkout
  • Western EU (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland): $25.00 flat rate
  • Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): $28.00 flat rate
  • Nordic/Baltic (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): $30.00 flat rate
  • Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia): $28.00 flat rate
  • All Other International: $24.95 flat rate

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Domestic shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days after processing
  • Western EU: 7-14 business days after processing
  • Southern EU: 10-14 business days after processing
  • Nordic/Baltic EU: 10-16 business days after processing
  • Eastern EU: 12-18 business days after processing
  • All Other International: 10-28 business days after processing

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and external factors like weather or high-volume periods. These are estimates, not guarantees.

EU Customers — Customs, Duties & VAT

Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates unless explicitly stated at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated fees before placing your order.

If your order is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund for the original shipping cost.

EU Customers — Delivery Rights

Under EU consumer law, if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, you have the right to contact us to arrange a new delivery date or cancel your order for a full refund. Please reach out to support@accessascend.com if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.
