Ambassador Rewards & Payouts
Ambassadors earn 2% lifetime rewards on all purchases made by customers they refer. Rewards are issued as store credit. When an ambassador accumulates $5,000 or more in store credit, they become eligible to convert their balance to cash at a 1:1 conversion rate (100% value, no penalties). Cash payouts are processed via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check within 7 business days of request.
Tax Reporting
Ambassadors must submit a completed W-9 form before receiving their first cash payout. If your total cash payouts in a calendar year equal or exceed $600, we will issue a 1099-NEC tax form as required by U.S. tax law. You are responsible for reporting all rewards earnings to tax authorities as applicable in your jurisdiction.
Data We Collect for Ascend Together Rewards™:
When you participate in Ascend Together Rewards™, we collect and process:
• Your contact information (name, email, phone number, mailing address)
• Payment details for store credit issuance or cash payouts (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or mailing address for checks)
How We Use This Data:
• Track referrals and calculate rewards (store credit or cash payouts)
• Issue milestone bonuses and performance bonuses
• Process cash payout requests for eligible P.U.R.E. Rewards™ ambassadors
Store Credit vs. Cash Payouts:
• Store credit (default) is not considered taxable income until converted to cash. Store credit never expires and can be used for any future Access Ascend purchase.
• Cash payouts (P.U.R.E. Rewards™ Ambassadors only) are taxable commissions subject to IRS reporting. You are responsible for reporting cash payouts as self-employment income and paying applicable taxes.
Referral Tracking & Cookies
When you use a referral link or ambassador discount code to visit our store, we use cookies to track your connection to the ambassador who referred you. Website referral links have a 500-day cookie duration from the time you click the link. This means if you make a purchase within 500 days of clicking an ambassador's referral link, that ambassador will earn rewards on your purchase.
Mobile App Tracking
Our mobile app, Ascend Together, uses unique discount codes instead of cookies for tracking. When you enter an ambassador's discount code in the app, you'll receive 5% off order, and that code connection maybe saved in your account. The code may be updated or remain active for the lifetime of your account. If the code or link connection is broken or removed, the ambassador will no longer earn rewards on your future purchases.
Ambassador Program Management
Our ambassador program, Ascend Together Rewards™, is managed through BixGrow, a third-party platform. When you make a purchase through an ambassador's referral link or discount code, we share necessary order information with BixGrow to track and calculate ambassador rewards. This includes order details, purchase amounts, and customer identifiers needed for accurate reward attribution.
Affiliate Disclosure Requirement:
When sharing your referral or ambassador link on social media, blogs, websites, or other platforms, you must disclose your affiliate relationship with Access Ascend in compliance with FTC guidelines. Example: "I'm an Access Ascend ambassador and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."

Tax information (P.U.R.E. Rewards™ Ambassadors only): W-9 forms (including name, address, Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number, tax classification) for ambassadors requesting cash payouts of $5,000 or more, and 1099-NEC reporting data for IRS compliance.
SMS Marketing
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Access Ascend, you agree to receive promotional text messages, order updates, and other communications at the number provided.
